Turkish eggs on herb whipped goat cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest from half a lemon
  • 1 (113 g) Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese Log
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) chives, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh dill, chopped
  • 8 poached eggs
  • Spicy sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon zest, goat cheese, yogurt, chives, and dill. Season.
  2. Serve with the poached eggs and your side of choice.
