Ingredients
Turkey Burger
- 226g Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese Crumbles
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 head of lettuce, divided
- 4 burger buns Avocado
Mayo
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 avocado, skin removed
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat grill to 375° F.
- Combine ground turkey, garlic, egg and bread crumbs in a bowl.
- With cold water dampened hands, shape into 4 ¾” thick patties and place on a tray. Cover and refrigerate until ready to grill.
- In a mixing bowl, whip together the mayo and avocado, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Lightly oil the grate and grill each burger for 6 minutes per side, or until entirely cooked through.
- Serve on fresh burger buns, garnishing with tomato, cucumber, lettuce, avocado mayo and Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese Crumbles
