Directions

1. Working with cold Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese, slice the goat cheese log into 1/2” thick rounds. Optional: for added visual interest, you can cut each goat cheese round into a square shape, adding contrast to the round shapes of the edible flower petals.
2. Plate goat cheese onto a serving tray, and place edible flowers on top. Add additional flowers as garnish.
3. Drizzle with honey and serve with plain crackers or fresh bread.
