Goat Goodness Mini Cheese Bites

Ingredients

Christmas Tree Cheese Pops

  • 200g Woolwich Dairy Goat Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup broccoli, florets chopped
  • Lollipop sticks
  • ¼ cup bacon bits, finely diced (optional)

Red Pepper Pops

  • 200g Woolwich Dairy Goat Cheddar Cheese
  • Red pepper jelly
  • Lollipop sticks

Mini Cheese Skewers

  • 200g Woolwich Dairy Goat Mozzarella Cheese
  • Toothpicks

Savoury

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Radishes
  • Mini pickles
  • Leaf lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • Cucumbers, sliced
  • Deli meat, cut into 1” wide x 2” long strips

Sweet

  • Grapes
  • Berries
  • Apples, cut into chunks

Directions

Christmas Tree Cheese Pops

  1. Cut 200g Woolwich Dairy Goat Cheddar Cheese block widthwise into 3 equal-sized chunks, each about 2” wide. Then cut each of the 3 chunks in half height-wise, so you have 6 slices of cheese, about 2” wide x 1.75” long x ½” tall.
  2. Cut each slice into a triangle. Set trims aside for a delicious and nutritious snack, salad or pizza topping.
  3. Insert lollipop stick into bottom of triangle to create a cheese lollipop.
  4. Sprinkle each with chopped broccoli florets so cheese pops resemble Christmas trees.
  5. As an optional topping, sprinkle cheese pops with diced bacon bits.

Red Pepper Pops

  1. Using a round cookie cutter, cut Woolwich Dairy Goat Cheddar Cheese into rounds. You can use a few different sizes of cookie cutters, to create a varied look.
  2. Insert a stick into each cheese round to create a lollipops.
  3. Drizzle with red pepper jelly.

Mini Cheese Skewers

  1. Cube Woolwich Dairy Goat Mozzarella into ½” cubes.
  2. Skewer cheese with toothpicks, then add other desired Savoury or Sweet ingredients.
