- ½ cup broccoli, florets chopped

- Red pepper jelly
- Lollipop sticks
Mini Cheese Skewers
- 200g Woolwich Dairy Goat Mozzarella Cheese
- Toothpicks

- Cherry tomatoes
- Radishes
- Mini pickles
- Leaf lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
- Cucumbers, sliced
- Deli meat, cut into 1” wide x 2” long strips

Directions
Christmas Tree Cheese Pops
- Cut 200g Woolwich Dairy Goat Cheddar Cheese block widthwise into 3 equal-sized chunks, each about 2” wide. Then cut each of the 3 chunks in half height-wise, so you have 6 slices of cheese, about 2” wide x 1.75” long x ½” tall.
- Cut each slice into a triangle. Set trims aside for a delicious and nutritious snack, salad or pizza topping.
- Insert lollipop stick into bottom of triangle to create a cheese lollipop.
- Sprinkle each with chopped broccoli florets so cheese pops resemble Christmas trees.
- As an optional topping, sprinkle cheese pops with diced bacon bits.
Red Pepper Pops
- Using a round cookie cutter, cut Woolwich Dairy Goat Cheddar Cheese into rounds. You can use a few different sizes of cookie cutters, to create a varied look.
- Insert a stick into each cheese round to create a lollipops.
- Drizzle with red pepper jelly.
Mini Cheese Skewers
- Cube Woolwich Dairy Goat Mozzarella into ½” cubes.
- Skewer cheese with toothpicks, then add other desired Savoury or Sweet ingredients.
