Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut in two width-wise
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) hoisin sauce
- 4 red onion slices, cut 1 cm thick
- 4 pineapple slices, cut 1 cm thick
- 1 block (200 g) Woolwich Dairy Goat Mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 slices
- 4 brioche burger buns
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts and hoisin sauce. Let marinate up to 4 hours.
- Preheat and oil the BBQ. Grill the chicken breasts and onion slices, 3 to 4 minutes each side. Grill the pineapple slices, 2 to 3 minutes each side.
- Garnish each bun with 3 slices of Woolwich Dairy Goat Mozzarella cheese, top with the chicken filets, grilled onions, and pineapple. Serve.
