Ingredients
- Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese log
- Dark chocolate
- Pomegranate seeds
Directions
- Using a cheese grater, grate dark chocolate using the side of the grater with the smallest holes.
- Using your hand, flatten the pile of chocolate, then sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top.
- Carefully roll Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese log in the chocolate mixture, until the goat cheese log is fully coated.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve (same day).
- Delicious with graham crackers!
