Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese log
- ¼ cup carrot sticks
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup cucumber slices
- ¼ cup radishes
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ½ pear, sliced
- 2-3 grainy artisan crackers
Other fun toppings
- pumpkin seeds
- hemp hearts
- almonds
Directions
- Slice carrots, cucumber and pear.
- Place in a large serving bowl or bento box, along with cherry tomatoes, radishes, blueberries and crackers, arranging items around the outside of the bowl.
- Scoop Woolwich Dairy goat cheese into the center of the bowl for dipping.
- Sprinkle with additional toppings, and refuel your body!
