​Dessert Cheese Board

Ingredients

For the main board

  • 170g Woolwich Dairy Cranberry and Port Topped Goat Cheese
  • 1 package of Saputo Bella Lodi cheese
  • 180g Woolwich Dairy Triple Crème Goat Brie
  • Biscotti and a variety of cookies
  • Chocolate covered nuts and pretzels
  • Clementines
  • Crackers
  • Dried Fruit
  • Grapes
  • A variety of nuts
  • Pears, sliced

For the goat cheese & honey puffs

  • 170g Woolwich Dairy Cranberry and Port Topped Goat Cheese
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • Egg wash

Directions

For the main board

  1. Start by placing the main cheese, the Woolwich Dairy Cranberry and Port Topped Goat Cheese.
  2. Then place the other cheeses: the Saputo Bella Lodi and the Woolwich Dairy Triple Crème Goat Brie.
  3. Start to stack on the extras.

For the goat cheese & honey puffs

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Using a 2-inch biscuit cutter or any sharp round object, cut 10-12 rounds out of your puff pastry.
  3. Place the rounds on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  4. Using a fork, prick holes all over rounds.
  5. Brush the rounds with egg wash and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until rounds are golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool.
  7. When ready to serve, top with 1-2 tsp Woolwich Dairy Cranberry and Port Topped Goat Cheese.
  8. Drizzle honey on top and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
  9. Serve with the main board and enjoy!
