Ingredients
- Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese log
- Assorted fruit
- Assorted nuts
Directions
- Remove a cold Woolwich Dairy Original Soft Fresh Goat Cheese log from its packaging. When it’s cold it’s easier to cut with a cookie cutter.
- Place goat cheese on a cutting board and gently push to flatten it so it’s about ½” tall. Using a small cookie cutter, create your goat cheesy shapes. Refrigerate until you’re ready to serve, so cheese holds its shape and stays firm.
- Your goat cheese creations can be served on their own or paired with assorted fruit and nuts.
