½ can crushed pineapple, drained

3 green onions, chopped

½ cup pecans, chopped

1 tsp roasted red pepper flake

  1. Mix all ingredients, except pecans, until well blended.
  2. Form into ball and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Roll the chilled goat cheese ball in ½ cup chopped pecans, and serve. Easy-peasy!
