½ cup Woolwich Dairy CHEVRAI Original Goat Cheese Crumbles
1 mound pizza dough (use your own recipe or purchase a premade dough from the grocery store)
1 red onion
¼ cup basil, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup honey
1 cup balsamic vinegar
Combine honey and balsamic vinegar in a saucepan
to prepare the honey balsamic reduction. Heat over high, until boiling, then
reduce to low and simmer until liquid has reduced to about 1/3 cup. Remove from
heat, allow to cool, and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.
While the oven heats, shred Woolwich Dairy Goat
Milk Mozzarella Cheese, thinly slice red onion and peaches. Chop basil into
bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
Roll out a tennis ball sized mound of pizza
dough, until ¼” thick and shaped into a circle.
Brush olive oil over pizza crust. Top with
shredded mozzarella cheese, then red onions and peaches. Sprinkle with Woolwich
Dairy CHEVRAI Original Goat Cheese Crumbles.
Bake in the oven for 8-12 minutes, until the
pizza crust is golden. Remove from oven and top with basil and drizzle with
honey balsamic reduction.
