Goat Cheese Power Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Woolwich Dairy Original Spreadable Goat Cheese
  • ¼ cup carrot sticks
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup radishes
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ pear, sliced
  • 2-3 grainy artisan crackers

Other fun toppings

  • pumpkin seeds
  • hemp hearts
  • almonds

Directions

  1. Slice carrots, cucumber and pear.
  2. Place in a large serving bowl or bento box, along with cherry tomatoes, radishes, blueberries and crackers, arranging items around the outside of the bowl.
  3. Scoop Woolwich Dairy Original Spreadable Goat Cheese into the center of the bowl for dipping.
  4. Sprinkle with additional toppings, and refuel your body!
