¼ cup black beans (from can), rinsed
½ cup quinoa, cooked
¼ cup bell peppers, diced
¼ cup tomato, diced
2 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp lime juice
½ tsp cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste

Spring Waldorf Salad
2 tbsp Woolwich Dairy CHEVRAI Original Goat Cheese Crumbles
¼ cup granny smith apple, diced
¼ cup red seedless grapes, halved
¼ cup celery diced
¼ cup radishes, thinly sliced
½ cup baby kale, torn into bite sized pieces
2 tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp honey
½ tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

 
Dancing on the Danforth Greek Salad
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and salt and pepper, to create the salad dressing. Set aside.
  2. Prepare raw veggies: halve cherry tomatoes, finely slice red onion and cut cucumber into chunks. Set aside.
  3. Strain can of chickpeas and rinse well. Set aside ¼ cup.
  4. Cube Woolwich Dairy Goat Feta Cheese in Brine into 1cm cubes. Set aside.
  5. Build your mason jar salad! Layer ingredients as follows (bottom to top): salad dressing, cucumbers, red onions, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, Woolwich Dairy Goat Feta Cheese cubes and baby spinach.

 

Southwest Splash Salad
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cumin and salt and pepper, to create the salad dressing. Set aside.
  2. Defrost ¼ cup of corn, cool and set aside.
  3. Dice cilantro, bell peppers and tomatoes. Set aside.
  4. Strain can of black beans and rinse well. Set aside ¼ cup.
  5. Crumble Woolwich Dairy CHEVRAI Sweet Pepper Heat Goat Cheese into small pieces, and set aside.
  6. Build your mason jar salad! Layer ingredients as follows (bottom to top): salad dressing, bell peppers, tomatoes, corn, black beans, Woolwich Dairy CHEVRAI Sweet Pepper Heat Goat Cheese, quinoa and cilantro.

 

Spring Waldorf Salad

  2. Dice apples and celery, halve grapes and slice radishes, set aside.
  3. Tear baby kale into bite-sized pieces, set aside.
  4. Build your mason jar salad! Layer ingredients as follows (bottom to top): salad dressing, apples, radishes, celery, grapes, Woolwich Dairy CHEVRAI Original Goat Cheese Crumbles, baby kale and walnuts.
