Grilled Maple Goat Brie
180g Woolwich Dairy Triple Crème Brie cheese
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil

Flowered CHEVRAI

300g Woolwich Dairy CHEVRAI Original Goat Cheese log
2 tbsp fresh herbs
Edible flowers
1 tbsp honey

 

GRILLED MAPLE GOAT BRIE

Heat grill to medium-low. Brush brie with ½ tbsp. of olive oil per side and place on grill. After 1 minute, turn the brie 90 degrees, to create for criss-crossed grill marks. Flip brie over and repeat. Transfer to a serving plate or cheeseboard and drizzle with 1 tbsp of maple syrup. Serve immediately.

FLOWERED CHEVRAI

Slice Woolwich Dairy CHEVRAI Original Goat Cheese log into 1” thick rounds. Finely dice 2 tbsp of fresh herbs. Roughly tear edible flowers into small pieces. Mix flowers and herbs together to create a coating. Set aside. Lightly brush all sides of each goat cheese round with honey. Sprinkle flower mixture onto each round, and gently press flowers and herbs into the goat cheese. Serve immediately.
